Because all advertisements are posted and managed individually by third parties, Vacation Rental Source cannot be held responsible for any mistakes, errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or other inaccuracies displayed in any listing. Vacation Rental Source assumes no responsibility for any loss or damaged incurred as a result of these inaccuracies. Vacation Rental Source does not endorse any of the listings presented here.
For your own protection and satisfaction you should always verify all information presented with the property manager.
2. Your Rental Agreement
Obtain a rental agreement or contract directly from the property owner or manager, and make sure you are in agreement with all rental rules and agreements before signing it or making any payments or deposits to the owner. Vacation Rental Source is not responsible for refunding rental fees or deposits for any reason, nor is Vacation Rental Source liable for any loss incurred as a result of property rental facilitated by www.vacationrs.com.
3. Solicitation
Vacation Rental Source will not tolerate solicitation to its members through the contact information provided on the website, nor through Vacation Rental Source’s email system. You agree that any time you submit a rental request form, it is for the sole purpose of acquiring further information about renting a property.

By accessing or using any part of this website, or the information contained herein, you agree to and consent to being bound by all terms and conditions listed below. If you are not in agreement with all terms and conditions, you may not access or use any part of this website or service.
1. Content of Listing Agreement
By placing an advertisement on www.vacationrs.com, you certify that all information contained in your advertisement is true, that no misrepresentations have been made, and that no pertinent information that could dissuade a renter is excluded.
2. Single Property Listings
Each listing or advertisement is intended to advertise one property only. If you own or manage multiple properties that you would like to advertise, separate advertisements/listings must be paid for and created.
2a. External Links
If you own a private website which solely advertises your property more in depth, you may place a link to that website in your advertisement. If you own a private website which advertises more than one rental property, you may place a link in your advertisement(s) if and only if all properties represented on the private website are also advertised and represented through separate listings on www.vacationrs.com. Repeated violations of this rule may result in the termination of all advertisement(s) in the account without prior notice and without a refund. The owners of Vacation Rental Source will periodically review all listings for violations.
3. Accessibility of www.vacationrs.com
While we strive to provide the best service possible, it is understood that the website, www.vacationrs.com, may not be available 100% of the time. Reasons for this include, but are not limited to maintenance or repairs to the website that are necessary to its functioning and operation, or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of Vacation Rental Source such as equipment malfunctions, service outages, negligence, war, or natural disasters. Vacation Rental Source cannot be held liable for any costs or damages resulting from the inaccessibility or disruptions of service to or within the website.
4. Fair Property Rental Practices
You assume all responsibility to honor the agreements made between yourself and the renters of your property. Vacation Rental Source will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible or accountable for any loss, damage, or other costs incurred as a result of renting privately owned property, nor is Vacation Rental Source responsible for issuing refunds to renters for any reason.
5. Protection of Passwords
We strongly recommend that you do not share your user name or password with anyone, as you are completely responsible for any changes to your listing and account made under your user name and password. If you lose your password, or have reason to believe an unauthorized person has gained access to your account, you will have the ability to both retrieve and change your password. To retrieve it, follow the instructions after clicking on “Lost Password” on the account login page. After you have logged in with your current password, you may change it simply by updating your profile.
6. Copyright Protection
All material published on www.vacationrs.com is the property of Vacation Rental Source. It may not be copied, published, or otherwise used anywhere outside www.vacationrs.com without prior written consent of Vacation Rental Source, with the exception of your own personal property description and photos.
7. Listing Renewals/Termination
At this time, you must manually pay for each listing term; your listing will not automatically renew. You will receive email notification approximately one month before expiration on how to proceed for renewal. If at any time you do not want your listing to renew the following year, and would prefer that it expire, do nothing, and the listing will be deleted at the end of the listing period.
If at any time during your listing period you decide that you no longer wish to advertise your property on www.vacationrs.com, you may delete your listing by selecting the option in the “My Account” area. Your property will immediately be removed from our database, but no refunds will be issued.
8. Violations of Terms and Conditions of Use
All listings will be reviewed periodically by Vacation Rental Source, and are subject to removal without prior notice and without refund if they are found to be in violation of any of these terms and conditions of use.
