Weekly rates for this time period is $420/wk plus cleaning, lodging tax and deposit. Nightly rates are $70/night plus cleaning, tax and deposit. We accept visa, mastercard, AMEX, cashier and personal checks. Security deposits are due within 7 days of booking and rent is due 14 days before arrival. Deposits are refunded within 7 days of departure.
