Property Description

This spacious home is located Oceanside in Pt. Pleasant Beach. You can now enjoy a private path to the beach. There is a private sitting area on the dune where you can watch the sunrise with your coffee. This home lies just 100 yards west of Bradshaw Beach which is private and has lifeguards. Each guest is required to wear a beach badge and eight (8) are included with your rental. Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants. This home is available from 500-500 per week in the summer. Enjoy this very comfortable home in the off Season, or while your home is being remodeled or built. Your kids will be able to stay in the Pt. Pleasant Beach School System. Call us for details.

Rental Policy

8 Beach passes will be supplied for renter (Any additional passes will be on own) Property Management is not responsible for any personal possessions lost and or stolen, any injury beyond the normal scope within the property, injury sustained while swimming and or engaging in water sports, etc., while at the beach. ~ Upon check-out guests are expected to: Remove all bed linens, comforters and coverings from all beds. Remove all waste materials from all garbage cans and place in proper garbage receptacles outside. Clean and store all dishes, utensils, etc. Floors must be a decent condition. Extensive cleaning needed by property management may require additional charges. Vacate premises leaving it in a neat and tidy condition. Please Note: 200.00 will be deducted from your security deposit for cleaning company. Sorry, nopets are permitted in the home. Guest(s)/Renter(s) are required to clean up. Occupancy is subject to short term lease. No refunds after April 1.
