"ADVENTUREWOOD" is a Luxury Log Cabin rental w/ Hot Tub, Wood Burning Fireplace, Pool Table and Jacuzzi/Fireplace Master Suite. Located in beautiful Brown County Indiana just off Route 46 between Nashville & Bloomington it is convenient to all Brown County has to offer! Set on 7 private acres on a wooded knoll in the trees, Adventurewood is a private & secluded. Adventurewood was built for those who enjoy the rustic atmosphere of nature.......with all the ammenities in an "upscale" lodging.

Adventurewood is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath log home, (8 person maximum) beautifully decorated with pine trees, lodge decor and a "bear theme" that envelops you with a peaceful warmth and "away-from-it-all" feeling from the moment you enter to the scent of pine in the air.

Enjoy curling up by a crackling wood fire in the Great Room by the beautiful floor-to-ceiling Brown County STONE FIREPLACE. Watch your favorite movies from our library on the DVD/VCR or SATELLITE TV. CD player, Games, & books are available for your use.

Challenge yourself to a game of POOL in the beautiful open loft "pub" area w/bar table and stools, looking down on the fireplace.

The Master Suite is a "Honeymooner's Dream" with King Log Bed and lodge/pine tree decor and private balcony. Enjoy the luxurious Master Bath and 2 person jacuzzi while watching the flames in the see-thru fireplace. Romance.....! There are 2 additonal Queen bedrooms.

Soothe away your cares in the 6 person HOT TUB on the large screened porch or enjoy watching the deer from your ROCKING CHAIRS on any of the covered porches that surround this luxury log home. The entire house (inside and on porches) is equipped with ceiling fans for your continued comfort.

Umbrella table, Gas Grill and Picnic Table are there for you enjoyment on the screened in porch w/hot tub. As the indoor fireplaces are closed for the summer season, we have also provided an outdoor chimnea (firepit) for year round use. Relax and watch the flames from the log swing surrounded by woods, listening to the sounds of nature.

Reservations can be made a year in advance and "waitlisting" is available for certain booked dates.

Your credit card will be billed for your first nights stay at the time of your reservation. You do have to have a credit card to make a reservation. There will be a $50 fee if you cancel a reservation.

Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am.

All cabin prices are per night for one couple (one bedroom). Extra bedrooms will be closed off!
Additional guests will be charged $15 extra per person, per night. Ages 3 & older will be charged $15 pp for use of additional bedrooms. Children 2 and under are free.

Add 11% tax and 3% service fee. $20 Non-refundable Booking Fee will be charged with first night's deposit.

Mimumum two night stay required for all reservations on weekends. One night stays may be available on weekdays or short notice reservations. A $25 additional charge is added for one night stays. Call us to see if certain dates are available. Holidays are 3 night minimum.

OCCUPANCY: The number of Guests occupying a property is limited to the number stated on the lease agreement. Maximum occupancy at Adventurewood is 8 Guests! These limits are strictly enforced. All homes are limited to families, couples, or adults 24 years of age or older. Exceeding the specified occupancy constitutes a breach in the lease agreement and will lead to termination without refund of rent and possible credit card charges.

ALL guests staying in this cabin MUST be individually listed on the Reservation Contract and ALL Vehicles, make, model and license # MUST be registered as well. NO unregistered guests or vehicles will be allowed on the property without advance owner permissions.

****NO SPECIAL EVENTS AND/OR PARTIES!! Only the Maximum paid guest numbers are allowed! If violation of this policy is reported by local management or neighbors it will result in a $300 "Unauthorized Event Fee" charged to guests credit card.

* NO SMOKING is allowed in this cabin!! No pets allowed in this cabin!
Smoker's must go outside! Do not flip the butts in the yards, fireplaces or outside! A $100 NON REFUNDABLE damage fee will be charged if there is ANY evidence of smoking inside this cabin and/or butts found thrown around the yard.

Paper products (kleenex, tp, paper plates, etc.) are NOT supplied by management in most of our cabins. These things are available at one of our local grocery stores.

Firewood is provided by Management October-March for the interior wood burning fireplaces only. NOTE: Indoor Fireplaces are SEASONAL!! Indoor Gas and Wood-burning Fireplaces are closed for warmer months of Mid-May,June, July & August.

OUTDOOR fire pit (chimnea) is provided for year round use! Firewood is NOT provided. Please bring or purchase your own smaller firewood for outdoor fire pit at local stores. Adventurewood owners recommend bringing 3 or 6 lb. fire starter logs for each day and/or fire you may want as any firewood at the property is quite large (sometimes damp in inclement weather) and difficult to start fires with!

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be received by that Guest, not a representative of that Guest. Reservations must be cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date. Service Fees are non-refundable. Cancellations up to14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund with $50 Cancellation Fee charge only..
Late cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund. Charges for ANY Cancellations less than 14 days prior to check-in are as follows: For Cancellations 7 -13 days before check-in a ONE NIGHTS rental rate plus all taxes will be charged. For ANY cancellations LESS than 7 days before check-in will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of their reserved dates plus ALL taxes/service charges. No exceptions.
