The view is spectacular. From the master bedroom,
living area or the private patio you can watch the sun
rise over Mt. Werner and the Steamboat Ski Area. After
a day on the slopes, hiking on a nearby trail or
shopping in town, come back and relax in front of the
raised hearth, riverstone fireplace or soak in one of
the 12 jet hot tubs located just a few steps away from
the front door.

The accommodations are tastefully furnished and very
comfortable for two to four people. The bedroom
features an upgraded queen bed with high quality
linens and ceiling fan. The living area features a
queen size micro fiber sleeper sofa and ceiling fan.
Throughout you will enjoy the comfortable furnishings
and luxurious touches which complement the mountain
feel and Steamboat Spirit.

This unit features a walk through kitchen with plenty
of counter space and upgraded appliances. There is a
dining table with seating for four along with
additional seating at the bar. The bathroom is
spacious, bright and features an upgraded shower that
will leave you feeling refreshed.

All linens, towels, cookware and dishes are included.
You will also find amenities such as an iron/ironing
board, soaps, laundry detergent and spices. Everything
is here for a pleasant and memorable stay.

This condo is on the first floor so moving in an out
is a breeze and it's been designed to be wheelchair
accessible with 36 inch wide doors in both the
bathroom and bedroom and plenty of turning radius for
a wheelchair. (note: there is a tub/shower combo not a
handicapped accessible shower)
