We offer a service that will hopefully birth new experiences that our guests will remember for a lifetime. Our reputation and integrity are the basis of our service that we proudly extend to our guests and it is our hope to recipicate that from the guests as well. We aim to make your stay a pleasurable one while visiting our wonderful state. Smoking is not allowed in the house or in the woods whatsoever due to liability. We provide a secure area for smokers to lounge and smoke outside the rental home.

~ Weekly rates are based on a max. of 8 occupants with a minimum stay of 7 nights stay.

CURRENT ADDITIONAL WEEKEND RENTAL RATE SCHEDULES: A.) FRI & SAT or SAT & SUN nights (occ. of 2 - 4 persons) $900.00 B.) FRI, SAT, SUN nights (occ. of 2-4 persons) $1,200.00 C.) WEEKLY rental include occ. of 6-8 persons $1,950.00 D.) MONTHY rental (call for availability) E.) NIGHTLY rental includes occupancy of 6-8 persons

Notes: Additional persons over the stated base occupancy will be charged $75.00 per person per night. Children under the age of 10 years will be charged $35.00 per night and infants 1 year or under stay for free. Please advise us if you will be requiring a crib.

~ OPTIONAL SERVICES: If a renter has any special needs such as handicap ramp, crib, or pet accomodations, please inquire by phone and we promise to do everything we can to meet the needs of our guest(s). Bleu Falcon Chalet would be a beautiful place to hold a small ceremony or wedding and as owners we would be happy to offer advice in planning small events including contact information for planners, etc.... Freshen-Up Services available for guests in need of light cleaning during their stay for additional fee / $45 hr. House-Call Reflexologist Services / $45.00 per 1/2 hour session is available to our guests.

Deposits
RENTAL DEPOSIT: A rental deposit is never returned unless there is a cancellation. A rental deposit as the industry calls it is 50% of the total reservation rental cost and should not be confused with a regular deposit since it's sole use is to pre-pay half of the cost of your rental as a guarentee / down payment. A total reservation cost is calculated and multiplied by 7% (Montana State Accomodation Tax) which is due at the time reservation made if reservation dates are less than 30 days away. If reservations are made at least 30 days prior to arrival date, then we allow tenents to pay 50% of their total rental cost as a guarantee to hold the VR for the desired days being financially secured. The remainder of the rental is due and payable prior to arrival. If reservations are made on short notice then it is at the descretion onf the VR owner / manager to accept payments at the time of arrival.
RESERVATION FEE: None ~ We do not think that it is ethical to charge a reservation fee + rent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500.00 Security Deposit is due usually due 30 days prior to arrival unless last miniute reservations are made in which case the Security / Damage Deposit may be paid upon arrival or the first day of the reservation. A security deposit is held in trust that no damage has occurred to the property (real or personal). At no time shall a security deposit be used for GENERAL cleaning, use or wear on the property. The sole purpose of this type of deposit is to pay costs associated with excessive soiling, significant damage, breakage, or stolen goods from the vacation property rented at 1361 Mooring Meadow Road Columbia Falls, MT 59912. Please don't worry about a minor accident such as breaking of a dish; we understand that accidents happen. We would only be forced to use such a security deposit for significant losses or losses associated with abuse, neglect or malice (e.g. windows, door, linens stolen or ruined, etc...). It would be helpful if ALL SECURITY AND PET DEPOSIT CHECKS SHOULD BE WRITTEN SEPARATELY from all rental monies since they are not part of the general fund, but held in trust.

PET DEPOSIT: $300 Refundable Pet Deposit is in addition to a nonrefundable 75.00 pet fee. The Pet Deposit is designed to cover damage caused by the presence of a VR guest's pet or animal whereas the $75.00 fee is designed to cover de-flea solutions and santizers. We are careful and subjective when considering whether to allow guests with pets depending on the level of care and responsibilty that the guest feels confortable with. No cats, ferrets, snakes or reptiles are allowed in our VR home due to primal scents and hyperallergenic conditions of other guests; commonly associated with these types of pets. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause however we can also recommend some good kennels in the area for families needing such services. We require all pets be walked on a leash at all times to insure the pet's safety as well as the protection of the rental's landscaping and grounds since animal urine will damage the lawn / grass. Dogs who dig is another good reason why we insist on leashing all pets accompanying guests. Dogs are a natural enemy of bears therefore it can be dangerous hiking in the woods with a pet / dog. Most bears will not attack someone without feeling threatened by an enemy; dogs are a bear's worst enemy and dogs have been known to spur an attack therefore we encourage all guests whom are considering bringing their pets to Bleu Falcon Chalet that pets usually need time to adjust to their surroundings especially when there are so many new things to explore in the woods and plenty of preditors as well. We want our guests to have a safe and memorable vacation with us. PLEASE MAKE ALL SECURITY AND PET DEPOSIT CHECKS SEPARATE FROM RENTAL CHECKS.

Refunds
CANCELLATIONS If a guest cancels their reservation and we can re-rent the VR to another guest for the same dates, we promise to refund all monies including all deposits and rental fees (less a $75.00 cancellation fee) paid by the guest cancelling the reservation. It is our promise to process and mail the refund within 15 days of the cancellation.
NO SHOWS If a VR guest doesn't show up for any of the reserved days (partially or fully paid fees) ONLY SECURITY and / or a PET DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED due to the renter's responsibility to their committment to rent; No fault of the VR owner for the loss of revenue. Security and Pet deposits will be returned to the renter within 15 days after the last rental date has expired.

SECURITY DEPOSITS We will refund your Security / Damage / Pet Deposit within 15 days of your last rental day has expired. Although we do not wish to make any deductions from your Security Deposit and these occurances are rare, we understand that the possibility of significant loss or damage can occur.

KEYS If a guest loses or refuses to surrender the house keys, we would be forced to deduct $12.00 for the cost of replacement and this deduction would be taken from the Security Deposit or may be paid with cash or check at the time of departure.~ OPTIONAL SERVICES: If a renter has any special needs such as handicap ramp, crib, or pet accomodations, please inquire by phone and we promise to do everything we can to meet the needs of our guest(s). STEPS TO SECURING YOUR VACATION RENTAL

Step 2: Decide your reservation dates or how many days you would like to stay with us.

Step 3: A Rental deposit of 50% of total reservation cost will RESERVE BLEU FALCON CHALET until
your arrival date. (Mail check or US money order priority mail make check payable to:

Step 4: 30 days prior to arrival: Pay $500.00 Security Deposit and $300.00 Pet Deposit (if applicable).
Pay remaining VR balance + a 7% MT State Accommodation Tax on full rental amount.

Step 5: Arrival Day: Please call and inform us as to your arrival time so we can greet you and arrange
a walk through and give you keys to BLEU FALCON CHALET
