I'm a stay at home mom with 3 kids and we bought the condo to help keep me home with my kids while they are little as well as help to pay for my daughter's medical condition of Albinism with her future eye surgeries. Plus if we make any money off our condo we want to donate it to her support group NOAH (National Organization of Albinism and Hypo pigmentation) who have been wonderful in educating and supporting us of her condition!

Owners of Gatlinburg condominium since February 2004 - We put in new berber carpet, New King Size Bed, Painted family room, New sink in bathroom, New kitchen faucet, New bedspreads in both Bedrooms, New ice maker, New hallway lights.

In NOVEMBER, 2005; we just made major improvements to our condo. We added ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. We bought a commerical size queen sleeper sofa, rocker ottemin and dinning table. We replaced the blinds in the bedrooms with oak wood blinds and white wood blinds in the living room. This condo is even more eye poping then it was before. The first comment after we made the changes was "We love this place. Is it for sale?" We believe you will think the same thing too.

We take pride in our condominium and have done many improvements to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible in the hopes that you will give us the ultimate compliment by renting from us and coming back again!

Breathtaking views of downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg, and Mount Leconte from this two-bedroom condominium with sleeper sofa with two full baths - sleeps six, kitchen and wood-burning fireplace. Three miles from downtown Gatlinburg located at The Summit.

Our friends own the unit right next to ours so if you have a larger party that needs to sleep 12, call us about renting both units at the same time.

Directions to our Condo: Take light# 10 which is the last light in Gatlinburg and turn right onto Si Mountain. Turn right onto Wiley Oakley. Come to a 4 way stop and veer to the left and stay on Wiley Oakley. Turn left onto Ski View Drive. Our condo complex is on the right side called The Summit. Our condo is located in building #7 on the 2nd floor. The address for our condo is 1260 Ski View Drive, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.

We require a 50% deposit with the balance due 14 days prior to check-in

Our cancellation policy is that if you cancel > 14 days in advance prior to check-in you will receive a 90% refund of your deposit. If you cancel < 14 days in advance no refund will be given.
