Just off Florida's west coast, in the Gulf of Mexico, lies a barrier island with a sleepy little town called Indian Shores. If you look at a map of Florida, our area is the little point furthest out in the Gulf just west of Tampa . Centrally located between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. Just 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30 minutes to Busch Gardens. Orlando with Disney World and Sea World is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

For about the price of a hotel room you get so much more. From a fully equipped kitchen to two full bedrooms with a queen and two double beds. This condo has all the comforts of home. This condo features Gulf and Intercoastal views and a heated pool on site.

Minimum Lenght of Stay - February 9 through April 12 bookings are Saturday to Saturday. July 4th bookings must be for a minimum of 7 nights.

Payment - Advance payment of 25% of total reservation and travle insurance premium (optional) confirms reservation. Balance, including departure fee due 30 days prior to arrival. All paymnts must be in U.S. Funds. We gladly accept money oders, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Personal checks must be received 30 days in advacne.

Security Deposit - On arrival guests will be asked to provided a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover imprint or a $200 cash deposit and a Drivers License.

Cancellation - Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $50.00 service fee).

Check-In and Check-Out - Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

A $100 departure fee and 12% sales tax will be added to all rental rates.
