The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has granite counters and island seating, as well as a large dining area. The cozy, luxurious living area has a gas fireplace and ample seating.

This home is minutes from Powder Mountain, Wolf Mountain and Snowbasin.

Rental Policy

GUEST LICENSE AGREEMENT
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO PROPERTY.
Attention: DO NOT CHECKIN AT THE CLUBHOUSE- YOUR KEY IS AT YOUR RENTAL LOCATION.
1.Guest acknowledges and understands that guest is a licensee of the Owner and not a tenant; and that he guest is not acquiring any interest in the property.
2.It is understood that each unit is privately owned including the furnishings, with Valley Lodging @ Wolf Creek acting solely as Agent for the Owner.
3.Occupancy and use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors or residents. The Agent has the prerogative to terminate this agreement and to ask disruptive Guest to vacate the premises.
4. Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Guest inspection of the premises is encouraged (i.e.: TV is missing).
5. The Guest acknowledges and understands that checkout time is no later than 11:00 am and check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm. Early check-in or late checkout is available for $45.
6. Guest shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money, jewelry, and other items of personal property, arising out of or in any way related to Guest use of the premises. Guest shall inspect and be familiar with proper use and application of such items prior to using them. Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Valley Lodging @ Wolf Creek and/or Homeowner harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Guest use of premises or the items of personal property provided therein. Guest assumes the risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold owner and its agents harmless.
7. Guest shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition. If unit is not left in suitable condition, guest understands that agent reserves the right to charge guest for any repairs or special cleaning
8. If unit is equipped with a telephone, Guest agree to make all long distance calls collect, by credit card or charge to a third number.
9. Your credit card will be billed for all unpaid balances, and purchases not paid at checkout.
Deposit on reservation: One nights deposit is needed to reserve any property.
10.Cancellation Non-holiday: Outside of 30 days = $25 processing fee.

Inside 30 days = 1 night non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Holiday:Outside of 30 days = $25 processing fee.
Inside 30 days=50% of reservation is non-refundable.
Inside 7 days= 100% of reservation is non refundable.
11.There will be a $15 per key fee charged for any missing keys upon check out.
Your keys will be in a key box at your rental property. The key box is with a code. Please call 24-48 hours prior to your stay to receive your code, 800-301-0817. Once you arrive, please call
745-3787 to let us know you are at the rental unit.
