* Cancellation Policy:There will be a charge of $100.00 for all reservations cancelled reservations longer than a week will be charged $100 per week. All summer-season cancellations after March 1st are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount unless the property is re-rented at the full rental rate; a refund will then be made less the cancellation charge. Once the final payment is made two weeks prior to arrival the stay cannot be cancelled and the total rental rate for the week will be forfeited.

The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems are rarely encountered, we must reserve the right to change accommodations up to and including the day of arrival to the best of our ability.
* The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure.
