Please note that most homeowner\'s do not allow pets, so please advise when making reservations. There will be a $50.00 pet charge for all homes that allow pets. This fee is non-refundable.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 1:00PM. If you arrive prior to 5:00 PM, you may pick up your keys at our office at 41592 Big Bear Blvd. Arrangements are to be made with the office if your arrival time is to be after 5:00 PM.There will be a $8.00 key charge for guests arriving after 5 PM and picking up keys at All Protection Alarm. This fee is non-refundable.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE, unless the cabin can be rented. Phone reservations must be confirmed within three days by mailing check or money order. Security deposits vary. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

No personal checks will be accepted after the 14 day period prior to your arrival date: CASHIER\'S CHECKS ONLY. All reservations must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival or 30 days prior to holiday reservations. All rents are subject to the City of Big Bear Lake Bed Tax and any other local taxes. Please check with the office regarding minimum day requirements. A $50.00 fee will be charged on all cancellations.
