Property Description

Premium three bedroom two bath direct oceanfront condos located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at the highly sought after Breakers Paradise Tower Resort. Breakers is within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants and less than five minutes by car to all the shops and restaurants of Broadway at the Beach, water parks, restaurants, miniature golf courses, outlets and the newest shopping hot spot in South Carolina Coastal Grand Mall. Amenities at this resort property include an Oceanfront Water park with 418-foot Lazy River, several indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, poolside bar and grille, waiter service and music(seasonal), exercise room, game arcade and two full service on-site restaurants, both with lounges. Also, in this water park area is a Kiddie Activity Center. The water park is enclosed during the winter months making it a year round playground! Private covered parking facilities are just across the street, no need to worry about having your car towed or finding a parking space when returning back to the resort. The ground level of the parking area is also home to Starbucks Coffee and Jaybo's Ice Cream/Pizza Parlor. After a long day on the beach or playing golf on your favorite course, enjoy an almost unlimited amount of dining choices. The Grand Strand boasts close to 2,000 eateries serving up all sorts of cuisine, including some of the finest seafood found on the east coast.

After dinner take advantage of the area's nightlife offering everything from popular nightclubs to quiet walks along the moonlit coastline. Make sure to take in a show at one of 11 live-entertainment theaters such as Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede and The Palace Theatre to name a few. Each hosting big-name performers, country music concerts, and Broadway revues. The bedding configuration in our condos varies, choose either a property having a king bed in the master and second bedroom with two queens and a queen sleeper sofa(sleeps 10) or a corner three bedroom having two queen beds in all three bedrooms(sleeps 12).

Interior amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, four televisions, DVD or VCR and of course unobstructed views of the Atlantic from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. Our corner properties have an additional view of the Atlantic having a glass wall in the living room and dining room. Call or email us to reserve, properties sell out quickly.

Rental Policy

Reservation is not confirmed until guests returns signed rental agreement along with reservation deposit. South Carolina lodging taxes of 10% up until April 30, 2007 must be added to lodging rate. Starting May 1 the rate increases to 11%.

Please note calendar is a multi-property reservation calendar. We can provide both center and corner model three bedrooms. We only mark a period booked when both models are reserved and no inventory is available.

Properties are offered year round if rates are not posted and dates marked as open please email or call for pricing.
