Rental Deposit Policy: To make reservations a valid Master or Visa card is needed with payment by check for 50% of the total due within 10 days of making the reservation if reserving more than 21 days before arrival. Payment in full by Master or Visa card required for reservations due to arrive within 21 days of the reservation date.


Security Deposit Policy: A $35 Damage Security Waiver is used in lieu of large security deposit amounts. If opting out of the Damage Waiver a cash security of $500 in required in order to receive keys. Security returns will occur 10 to 14 days after final departure date.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $30 administrative fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival and the property reserved does not re-rent the 50% deposit commitment shall be forfeited.

Minors Policy: All reservations require a signed Vacation Rental Agreement. You must be 21+ in order to sign and must be an occupant of the property during the period of contract.
