for snowmobiling and ice fishing fun during the winter months. This home is equipped with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. A friendly neighborhood tavern
is located within walking distance to help you warm up after a day of winter activities. Good ice fishing with easy access to the lake. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the wildlife
from the nearby wetlands throughout the seasons. Close to many golf courses and antique shops. Boat rentals nearby.
No Smoking and must be at least 25. Housebroken pets allowed for an additional $50 fee and $300 security deposit.
5th person allowed on LR couch or bring an air mattress.

Rental fees: Are to be received no later than 14 days before arrival date in the form of a cashier’s check, money order or PayPal. A credit card can be used via PayPal. Failure to do so could result in the loss of your reservation.

Security/Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit check of $150.00 needs to be received within seven days of the reservations.
The deposit will be returned one week after departure providing there has been no damage to the cottage or its contents and an eviction has not taken place.
Please immediately report any damage you may find upon your arrival to the unit. In the event of an eviction, rent and deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policies:Full refund of the deposit for cancellations 14 days prior to arrival. 50% refund will be provided for cancellations 7 to 14 days before arrival.
No refund of deposit for cancellations less than 1 week before arrival. Full refund of deposit will be given if the owner is able to reserve another guest for the time of your cancellation. No refund of rent for early checkouts.
Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation.

Restrictions: Young singles under the age of 25 (unless married) unaccompanied by a parent who falsify information regarding their age will not be permitted to stay in the cottage and will forfeit rent and deposit.
An accompanying parent must remain with young single for the entire reservation period or lose rent and deposit as well.

The cottage is NON-Smoking though an ashtray is provided for outdoor use. Recommended number of guests in the cottage is 4, though a 5th person may sleep on the couch if desired.
If the police need to come to the cottage due to reports of loud noises, etc., an immediate eviction can be the result with no refund of rent or deposit. Causing any damage by you or your guest, for any reason, will result in eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit.
Pets are allowed at an extra cost and larger security deposit. Pets MUST be housebroken. We the owners of the cottage assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of a guest’s personal property.

April 1 thru Thursday before Memorial Day: $90.00 - F thru Su; $80.00 - M thru Th; $510.00/week 3 night minimum.
Friday before Memorial Day thru Sunday after Labor Day: $125.00 - F thru Su; $115.00 - M thru Th; $720.00/week 4 night minimum.
Monday after Labor Day thru Sunday after Thanksgiving: $90.00 - F thru Su; $80.00 - M thru Th; $510.00/week 3night minimum.
