Each unit has access to the utility room, with washer and dryer, and the large yard with barbecue and picnic table. The two units together can sleep up to 11 people. Pets and children welcome. There is a one-time $20 pet fee per pet; no more than two pets per unit.

Responsible party must be at least 21 years old

$200 cleaning and security deposit, fully refundable if rental left as you found it. $800 refundable deposit if responsible party is 21 - 25.

There is a two-night minimum during the summer season. Off-peak, one-night rentals are available with an extra non-refundable cleaning surcharge equal to 20% of the rental total before tax.

20% deposit due at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to check-in.

A $10 reservation fee will be charged for any cancelled bookings. The balance of your deposit is refundable if cancellation is received more than 30 days from check-in or within one week of booking, whichever is later. We will refund some or all of the deposit for cancellations made on shorter notice at our discretion, depending on whether we are able to re-rent the unit.
