SECURITY DEPOSIT:
FULLY REFUNDABLE UPON HOUSEKEEPING VERIFICATION OF CONDITION OF PROPERTY AND CONTENTS AFTER CHECKOUT. This will occur no later than 30 days after guest’s departure. Security deposit amount between $600.00-$1500.00 will be held on a credit card. This is a credit card authorization that does not charge the card but holds funds until departure. If a cash deposit is paid, a valid credit card number still needs to be obtained and a $60.00 authorization will be placed to verify the cards validity.
HOUSECLEANING SERVICE IS A ONE-TIME NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A full refund will be given up to 45 days prior to arrival on cancellations received in writing. If cancellation should occur within 45 days of check-in date, occupant will forfeit full rental amount. All valid cancellations will be subject to a $50 processing fee.
