Property Description

This condominium is in a private residential area of North Shore in Rehoboth Beach, De. Cape Henlopen State Park is adjacent to this property. The condo has a private swimming pool and tennsi courts. Just a short walk across the street and you are on a beautiful, wide uncrowded beach.

This is a third floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The unit sleeps 6. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 singles and the living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The unit also features 3 balconies, air conditioning, a dishwasher and more.

Rehoboth Beach has a variety of attractions and events. Fast food to five star dining. Fabulous shopping with multiple outlet malls. Waterparks, miniature golf, fishing, water sports, and more. The town also has seasonal events including wine tasting, music and film festivals, and the great Punkin' Chukin' event and more. This area offers something for everyone!

Rental Policy

. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. NO Early
Check-ins.
. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
. Pets are not permitted in the rental unit under any conditions.
. We will not rent to vacationing student or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A reservation deposit of half the rental rate is required with this signed agreement. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation to reserve the date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT- a security deposit of $300 is required with final payment for the rental unit. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 30 days of departure, provided the following provisions
are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash room, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
d. The unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.*
i. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner),
the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by North Shores.
PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required on booking of the unit. The advance payment will be applied toward the condo rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money
orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Debra Werner. The BALANCE OF RENT is due ninety (90) days before your arrival date.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons, exceeding that number is grounds for terminating the contract.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
CANCELLATIONS – Rental deposit and payments are non refundable. Subletting is not allowed. If cancellation is unavoidable every attempt will be made to re-rent the unit. If re-rental is accomplished a refund less the expenses for re-rental will be made to the tenant.
TELEPHONE: Tenant agrees to make no more than a reasonable amount of local calls. Any long distance calls must be billed to a credit card or calling card.
PARKING PASSES - Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. One parking space is assigned to the unit.
*Microwave, toaster, TV, cable internet DVD/VCR and phone are provided as a courtesy. In the event of failure replacement is not guaranteed.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - In the event Rehoboth Beach must be evacuated for weather related reasons, no refund will be made.
The condo is equipped with basic housekeeping items such as pillows, furniture, kitchen appliances, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The following items are NOT provided: bed linens, towels, paper goods, toiletries..
