Fantastic View of Camelback Ski Slopes. We are just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Camelbeach Water Park / Camelback Ski Resort. Our townhouse is situated in the Prestigious Four Seasons at Camelback / Northridge Station development. Our townhouse is one of the newest houses in the development, 4 years old. Come and stay in our fresh and airy townhouse. There is nothing old in our house!

Come and enjoy the relaxing mountain air in The Pocono Mountains! Right off our main deck you have the peace and tranquility of the trees and the slopes. When you come inside you have the relaxing and airy Family Room, with cathedral ceilings. Many upgrades have been made to our house. Our Townhouse is one of the newest houses in Northridge (built in December 2003) with Central Air Conditioning, Cable throughout and Wireless Broadband Internet Access! Our 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhouse has ALL 3 decks overlooking the beautiful Camelback Ski Resort slopes with 33 trails for beginners to experts! Many other townhouses only have one deck. Our townhouse sleeps 12 comfortably (4 Bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas). There are a total of 4 TV’s with DVD players and some VCR players.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with a private entrance to the full bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a sliding glass door opening up onto the deck, with two Adirondack Chairs and table. Enjoy the lighted ceiling fan with remote control on the cathedral ceiling. (The remote control comes in very handy for some of us ladies!) The 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds with a mounted TV/DVD/VCR player.

On the main floor, there is a 3rd Bedroom with a Queen Sized Bed and a mounted TV/DVD/VCR player. The Family Room has new furniture, purchased in December 2007 (a loveseat and a Queen Sleeper sofa bed). On hot summer days, have the added pleasure of a lighted ceiling fan with remote control. Also, the Family Room has a DVR and Digital Cable TV - perfect to record your shows! If you are not familiar with the DVR system you can rewind, pause and fast forward live TV!!! Unique to most townhouses. Enjoy the 6 DVD/CD changer and stereo system with internal speakers and outside speakers on ALL 3 decks. The stereo system is also IPOD ready. Relax at night with the glow of the wood burning fireplace! Firewood provided. Enjoy the snowflakes from the large picture window as you sit by the fireplace. Along side our Family Room is an extra space with a desk, printer and lamp for your laptop. We have Broadband / Wireless Internet access throughout. There is a 2nd full sized bathroom. Our Dining Room seats 8 people and our kitchen is equipped with everything that you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll need (e.g., garbage disposal, mounted microwave, extra counter space and a large pantry closet). There are 3 landline phones, one on each floor (only local calls). A sliding glass door off the dining room goes onto the oversized deck, with 6 reclining chairs, a large table and a Weber BBQ Gas Grill.

Downstairs, we have a fully finished and furnished above ground basement! The 4th Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed. In the downstairs Family Room there are two loveseats, another Queen sized sofa bed, a TV, DVD player, digital cable, 3 CD changer/stereo system with 2 speakers and wet bar! There are many board games for entertainment, along with Game Cube, including a number of games and 2 controllers. The 3rd bathroom is full sized with a full sized washer and dryer. There is a 3rd sliding glass door going onto the oversized deck with a gate opening into a small yard area. All 3 decks have 2 outside SPEAKERS connected to the Family Room stereo.

On the front porch is a good sized storage closet, for your skis or bikes. In the winter, you have a fantastic view of the Camelback Ski Resort slopes, off all the decks. Note that there is night skiing on the mountain until 10pm! The mountain is lit up and looks like a giant Christmas tree! Absolutely beautiful and surreal! It is truly a sight you will not soon forget. :) In the winter and summer, you have the scenic view of the valley. You cannot help but relax in the mountain air with the beautiful scenery!

Our development has an outdoor heated full length swimming pool (plus kiddy pool) and tennis courts just a minute drive or 5 minute walk away. Do not be surprised to see wildlife along the way to the pool/tennis courts. You can come across wild turkey and deer.

In addition to what our house, development and Camelback mountain have to offer, there are plenty of other things to do in the Pocono Mountains, including...

10 minute drive to the new Mount Airy Casino
15 minute drive to The Delaware Water Gap to go kayaking, white water rafting and more.

Go hiking, biking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning...

In conclusion, we have owned our house since the summer of 2005 and have had many beautiful times with family and friends. We have only started to rent in June 2008 and hope to create the same fond memories for our renters.
