Screened in porch overlooks 7th hole on River Oaks Golf Course. Very quiet location with close walk to Swimming pool/hot tub. Bob Evan's Restaurant is a short walk plus Ron Jon's restaurant that serves a great $2 burger. 3 Televisions with cable.
