My cottage is situated on 300 ft. of peaceful, private shorefront. With a westerly exposure, we receive sun from mid-morning until sunset, and look out on the uninhabited 141 acres of Stonedam Island, owned by the Lakes Region Conservation Trust. Their climbing trails are fun for the family, not challenging , just good exercise.
The cottage consists of full front screened or enclosed porch, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, large outside deck, outside shower, and a separate two unit double bed sleeping cabin with screened porch between , approximately fifty feet from the main cottage. There is also a sofa bed in the living room if needed. Unlike most rentals, we are fully equipped with bedding, linens, and plenty of towels. There is a gas grill on the deck for your use. Also, we have trash removal. The cottage comfortably accommodates six people.
Although we have no beach, we are blessed with a beautiful natural sandy bottom, knee-deep at shore, boating deep at end of dock. There are two docks, one for just sitting and sunning, the other for boats. We have a canoe for you to use, vests and paddles, also.
The lovely village of Meredith is only five miles away. Here you will find charming gift shops, grocery stores, laundries, pharmacy, theatre, and many restaurants acclaimed in travel magazines. Walking through our many flower gardens reminds us that we have been voted as one of the most beautiful towns in America. FunSpot is a great place for the whole family, and is only 7 miles away. The Mount Washington Cruise ship sails over the whole lake, and is a wonderful way to see the area, and spend the day.In Meredith proper we have one of the most desireable skate parks in the state. Very highly recommended, with on-duty
security during open hours.

Our price per week is considered moderate, at $1900 with a security deposit of $500, returned, of course, after vacating and inspection. Reduced rate for longer than two weeks discussed upon request.
