Weekly rental only May 1 - Oct. 1. Rent 1 pm Saturday to 10 am next Saturday.$200 deposit by check required to hold a date with balance due week before rental. Deposit refundable up to 3 weeks before date, with small administrative fee with-held to secure replacement renter after that.
