Any changes to reservations are subject up to a $100 charge. All rates are subject to change. Cancellations the day of and no-shows will be charged for a two night stay. Cancellations during scheduled stay will result in forfeiture. An additional charge of $25 will be assessed if the dishes are not cleaned and or the condo left unkempt. Each of our condos are non smoking and a $150 fine or eviction may be exercised by TXCV. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation.
