Any open 7 day/6 night week just $400 (up to 6 guests, additional guest add $50 each for week), offer good thru 2010.

Brand new 3/2 condo with screened porch on pond, first floor end unit, will sleep 10. Master has queen plus twin w/trundle, BR 2 has 2 twins, BR 3 has queen. Sleeper sofa in LR. Fully furnished and equipped, nicely decorated, available daily, weekly or monthly.

Note: Effective 8/7/10, weekly rentals will be 6 nights, with check-in at noon on arrival date and check-out by 6pm on departure date.

$150 deposit is required to hold dates, which is refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation in advance to the date of your arrival.
Deposit will also serve as security, with guests responsible for any damages, other than normal wear and tear, that occur to accommodations or household furnishings as a result of their occupancy. Security will be returned in full or partially accordingly within 14 days of your departure. Monthly sec. equal to monthly rate. Long term will require first, last and security.
Renter must be 21 years of age and on premises.
No pets permitted, smoking permitted outside of unit and on screened porch. Motorcycles allowed, no trailers. No grills allowed.
Check-in 4pm or later, check-out by 10am.
