Here are two of the best condos at the Lake, side by side!! Rent one or both of our absolutely beautiful, brand new, first floor, condominiums at Grandview Point in Osage Beach. These Three Bedroom, Two Bath, ground level units feature rooms that are tastefully decorated and painted for a warm appearance. All of the furnishings and appliances are new and will provide you with all of the comforts of home.

The living rooms feature a 32 inch flat screen television, combination DVD/VCR, surround sound stereo, and a pull-out, queen- size sleeper sofa.

The master suites feature a king-size bed, television, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub, and sliding doors to the balcony. One balcony overlooks the pool/sun deck and both have a spectacular view of the Main Channel.

The second bedroom in both units feature two twin-size beds and the third bedrooms feature a queen-size bed. Both have ample closet space. All have TV's. These bedrooms are only steps away from the second bath, which features a combo shower/tub (Even the linens and towels are supplied!). With the beds and sleeper, up to eight can sleep comfortably in each unit.


Each kitchen houses all of the necessary appliances to prepare a four course meal, providing our guests with the option of staying in instead of dining out. You can also barbecue on the balconies while enjoying the evening sunset.

Each unit also is equipped with a full size, high capacity washer and dryer allowing occupants to do laundry at their leisure.

Don’t want to drive? No problem! You are only steps away from Captain Bob's boat rental and if you walk across the road you're at "Dog Days" lakeside restaurant! If you choose to bring your own boat (the boat launch is on site!) or rent one while staying at our condos, there are two optional 14 by 36 foot covered boat slips (#1 & 2) for a minimal charge.
